Once payment has been validated, your files become available for download on your "Meus arquivos" page. If the files are not listed, it could be one of several reasons:
  • The payment has not yet been validated.
    Normally, the payment validation is instantaneous. However, if your payment is still not validated after a couple of hours, you can contact us to check on your order status.
  • Your payment has been refused.
  • You haven't finished the payment procedure.
